​St. Marys Station Gallery welcomes Portside Artists from Port Stanley, Ontario. Sadly, a collective of dedicated artists lost their local gallery space recently after years of exhibiting there.

 

Portside Gallery opened in 1996 and ran successfully for 25 years. When the gallery closed, the group continued to work together to contribute to the visual arts in their community.  The artists in the group work in a variety of mediums including painting, photography, printmaking, and mixed media. They collaborate on exhibitions and events, supporting each other in their artistic endeavours. The collective nature of this group allows them to share ideas, techniques, and resources, fostering creativity and innovation. These artists are able to draw inspiration from each others art and support a collaborative environment of creativity. 

 

To support this enthusiastic group of artists, St. Marys Gallery opens its doors to host an exhibition of their current artwork.
